🔑 Authority: Responsible for national security, implementing and enforcing national laws, managing governmental operations, and guiding the nation’s strategic direction.
👑 Office of the President – Leads the nation, oversees elections, issues executive orders, appoints key officials, manages foreign relations, oversees long-term strategic defense development.

💼 Cabinet of Ministers – Advises the President, administers the national government, oversees policy execution, measures accountability & reports on national initiatives and their respective results.

Term: 1 Year (Maximum of 3 consecutive terms or 4 non-consecutive terms with a 2-year gap between non-consecutive terms)

Mandate: The Minister must secure at least one diplomatic advancement per term, including:
Diplomatic Recognition – Formal recognition of Ameranubian juridical identification for legal, commercial, and governmental use at municipal, state, national, and international levels, including at ports, airports, and financial institutions.
International Agreements – Treaties, MOUs, or trade pacts with sovereign states, unrecognized states, governments or related leadership unions of underrepresented peoples, international observer entities, or economic & labor unions.
Contractual Concessions – Resolution of a pending negotiation exceeding 12 months and 1 day.
Land Concessions – Sovereign state-granted autonomy, extraterritoriality, or a special governing zone.
Visa Program Development – Establishment of structured entry protocols for diplomatic, economic, or residency purposes.
Stateless Citizenship Expansion – A minimum 1% annual increase in granting citizenship to stateless individuals.
Compensation & Performance Incentives
Base Compensation: $30,000 annual fee (may be disbursed over multiple years).
Payment Structure: Drawn from a treasury pension-style fund, issued quarterly, contingent on national revenue performance. If the state enters a recession or revenue falls below target, payments will be accrued and disbursed at the earliest convenience.
Performance Bonuses: $10,000 per additional objective beyond the primary mandate (no bonus if fewer than two objectives are met). 3 Objective Award Cap per Annum.
Sovereign Wealth Fund Stock Options awarded upon successful completion of three or more objectives up to $5,000 of equity value per objective met at a 20% discount. 7 Objective Award Cap per Annum.
Total Compensation Package: $95,000 per Year

Interprets constitutional law and oversees judicial reviews. Handles cases of national importance.
